This website is operated by Shanghai GL Supply Service Co., Ltd. (“GLSS”), Shanghai, China.

When you use the contact form, we receive the data you enter: name, company, e-mail address, phone number, your message and, if you attach one, the file. We use this data for one purpose only — to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.

Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to our corporate mailbox. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties, except where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting contract, and no longer than 24 months if no contract follows. You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by writing to box@glsservice.cn.

The website itself does not set tracking cookies. If a visitor-statistics service is added, this notice will be updated.
